MEDICAL COUNCIL OF MAURITIUS
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST(EOI)
Registered Companies/Contractors undertaking professional cleaning and painting of buildings are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the cleaning and painting of the exterior aspect of the Medical Council’s building, the surrounding walls and associated works.
Interested parties are requested to contact the Medical Council for a site inspection prior to submission of EOI and quotation for the project.
The Expression of Interest should include the following:
- Scope of work specifying the total areas to be cleaned and painted, types of paints/coating to be used (specifications of paints – Antifungus and/or Proflon), preparation of work required, number of coats to be applied among others.
- Expected timeline with clear start and completion dates
- Breakdown of cost outlined as cost of materials, labor, equipment and additional services such as scaffolding, cleaning and transport.
- Terms of Payment.
The color of the paint should be grey/taupe.
The Expression of Interest should reach the Office of the Medical Council of Mauritius by 24 May 2024 in a sealed enveloped clearly marked “Expression of Interest” at address-
